Spectacular organic red from Burgundy. Biodynamic, Demeter certified & most of all exceptionally good. Still ruby, with bluish hues, 4 years after vintage. Delicate yet complex, has subtlety & precision. Notes of blueberry, raspberry, black pepper, mushroom, rose, red apple. In the mouth it is very smooth, with soft, light tannins & a nice fruity finish. Bordering on excellence. Great purity of fruit.
