100% Pinot Noir from Bourgogne, France. Fermentation with native yeasts in used oak barrels, aged for 12 months in the same barrels. Muddy in color. Notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, spices, dried herbs, tomato and acetone. High acidity, medium plus tannins, light bitterness in the aftertaste.
