Domaine Nicolas Raspiller is located in Chaux, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits appellation in Burgundy. It was founded by Nicolas Raspiller in 2017, drawing on his fifteen-year experience working with Burgundy and Champagne winegrowers. From the start, he began converting the vineyard to organic farming and implemented natural techniques for reasoned and sustainable cultivation.
