Until vintage 2009 this wine was labelled as Chateau Bourgneuf-Vayron for the French market.

This is a solid, angular wine, both its structure and its fruit coming together well. It has an underlying new-wood character that is powerful and rich. The tannins taste sweet and are already softening.
